Eleven days following Facebook-owned apps encountered a worldwide outage for almost an hour, Instagram has allegedly halted operating yet again.
Providing statistics, real-time issue and outage examining site Down Finder told it had received the highly complaints at 7:39pm, that the application was not functioning properly and facing a global outage.
Similar to last time, Twitter, though, is even now working, and Twitterati rapidly took to the micro-blogging site, overflowing it with memes.
