Coronavirus once again inflicted destruction in United States of America and United Kingdom with more than 200,000 new cases reported in U.S. and 964 new deaths in U.K.

The number of deaths from coronavirus in the United States has exceeded 354,000, while the total number of cases has risen to more than 24.4 million with more than 200,000 cases reported.

On the other hand, the situation of COVID-19 is also very bad in the UK where 964 new deaths and a record 56 thousand cases have come to light after which the number of deaths in the UK has reached more than 73,500 and the cases have reached about 2.5 million.

Experts are anxious that the situation in the UK could worsen.

In addition, the World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed the emergency use of the Pfizer biontech vaccine.

Corona’s effects on New Year’s preparations began to show around the world

In the United States, due to Coronavirus’s worst situation, New York’s Times Square has been closed to the public for the first time in 114 years.

Before the fireworks in Dubai, the streets around the Burj-Al-Khalifa were sprayed with disinfectant.

New Year’s Eve curfews have been imposed in the Indian cities of New Delhi and Mumbai, and large gatherings have been banned in other cities.

A record 3,900 deaths have been reported from Corona in the United States, bringing the total number of deaths to more than 3.5 million.

For the first time in 114 years, New York’s New York Times Square has been closed to the public. 

On the other hand, there were 981 deaths from corona in the UK and 50,000 new cases were reported in which a large number of young people were also affected.

A fourth-degree ban has been imposed on another 20 million people in England, the deadliest since April, causing schools to open late.

The use of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine has also been approved in the UK.
