LONDON: The United Kingdom confirmed the emergency use of COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine manufactured by the US drugmakers on Wednesday. Raising the expectations of reducing the pandemic that has infected masses around the world.

Corresponding to the newspaper Guardian, the vaccine has been authorized for emergency use by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Authority.

According to the BBC, Pfizer-BioNTech was amongst a consortium of firms that had coped to develop a vaccine for Covid-19 from conception to existence. The process to develop it took 10 months only.
