According to details, Lahore has become the country’s first and only, polio-free area, indicating a key success in the battle against the devastating virus.
The fifth ecological trial taken from the city for the poliovirus has resulted negative, corresponding to the Lahore deputy commissioner, who was talking to journalists. He added that four environmental tests for the virus had formerly tested negative.
He acknowledged the doctors, polio staff, and parents for their hard work in maintaining the city polio-free.
On March 29, a five-day national polio elimination program began in the United States, with over 40.1 million children under the age of five being jabbed.
