Fast Bowler Muhammad Amir, whose career is on-going and has a lot of opportunity to play and flourish, has announced the early retirement from all formats of cricket. Amir has announced his retirement while he was previously returning from Sri Lanka after playing Lankan Premier League (LPL). Amir was quite disappointed while talking about his early retirement. He has decided to take retirement as remonstration.

Muhammad Amir has served Pakistan for a very long period. Many of his matches are still in the eyes of his fans when he had surprised the whole Pakistan with his tremendous performance.

“I cannot play under the team management anymore, they tease me, make fun of me specially Waqar Younas does mental torcher on me. They are now sidelining me”, says Amir. Najam Sethi and Shahid Khan Afridi had supported me a lot I respect both of them by the depth of my heart, he added.

“Amir’s decision was shocking and really surprising for me. Because professional players faces a lot of crisis and challenges during their endeavor and it is not mandatory for everyone to have the same mental approach like you. And it is impossible to gain the support of everyone. And if you have challenges that does not mean, you should take a decision like this even you have the broad opportunity to prove yourself. ”, said Shahif Khan Afridi in an interview.

“Amir has played the international cricket he is not a big name in first class cricket. But first class cricketers always keeps the guts to comeback from crisis”, Afridi added.

“Pakistan Cricket board PCB, who should play the role of a father to take all the stakeholders in confidence, but unfortunately they do not act like it. In this surprising decision, there is also a role of PCB in it, they should take the players in to the confidence before making any decision.” Afridi added.

“If players would keep dishearten like this, it is not a good sign for Pakistan Cricket. But the players should also think if you are dropped out from a single tour, you should not get dishearten. Better approach is to go to management and talk about the matter. On the other hand, management should also think that if they are dropping a senior players, they should take them in confidence and tell them the reason of dropping them”, said Inzamam ul Haq.

Abdul Razzaq, Muhammad Hafeez and Shahid Afridi had also kept complaining about the behavior of Waqar Younas that they are getting teased by him. This time, it is Muhammad Amir.
